    Air Reservations


    1. What is the maximum number of passengers booked at one time?

    a. You can book a maximum of 9 passengers at a time. For more than 9 passengers in one flight, you can contact us for group fares at +91-11-40590666.

    2. How do I get my ticket copy?

    a. After payment confirmations, you will receive an email of the ticket in your inbox which is required to be printed and produced at check in failing which boarding may be denied.

    3. Do I need to reconfirm my flights?

    a. Reconfirmation of flights is no longer essential by majority of the airlines; however the same can be checked at the respective airlines website or by contacting us at +91-11-40590666.

    4. Can I cancel my ticket online?

    a. The ticket cannot be cancelled online and you are required to contact our backend team at +91-11-40590666.

    5. Is there any cancellation charged imposed upon cancellations?

    a. The cancellation charges are imposed as per the fare governed over that ticket. Nafara Travels service fee of Rs. 500 is applied on all the transactions.

    6. What if I forget or lost my ticket copy?

    a. Since all the tickets issued are E tickets and it is not a mandate to carry a print out of the same. However we suggest you to carry a ticket copy along with a valid ID proof in case of domestic travel and a passport in place of ID proof in case of international Travel.

    b. Note : Please note you are required to check for all the visa requirements before your travel. Nifara Travels is not responsible for any concerns arisen for the same.

    7. Can I make a change to my ticket?

    a. Date change of the tickets is accepted based on the permission of the fare rules. The same is informed prior the booking of the flight under FARE RULES column. Any penalty / charges governed by the rule of the fare purchased will be applicable and in addition service fee of Nifara Travels will be imposed.

    8. Can I make a seat request?

    a. You can request for the seat at the time of check in at the airport. Some airlines allow pre seat assignment. You can contact us at +91-11-40590666 and check for the available options on your ticket.


    Hotel Reservations


    1. How do I get my Hotel Voucher?

    a. After payment confirmations, you will receive an email of the Hotel Voucher in your inbox which is required to be printed and produced at check in.

    2. Do I need to reconfirm my Hotels?

    a. It is not required to reconfirm your hotels; however the same can be done by contacting us at +91-11-40590666.

    3. Is there any cancellation charged imposed upon cancellations?

    a. The cancellation charges are imposed as per the hotel cancellation policy. Nifara Travels service fee of Rs. 500 is applied on all the transactions.

    4. Can I make a change to my Hotel vouchers?

    a. Amendments to Hotel vouchers can be done as per the Available room rate policy applicable. Any penalty / charges governed by the rule of the fare purchased will be applicable and in addition service fee of Nifara Travels will be imposed.
